These Terms of Service govern your use of VibeNote.Studio and all related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VibeNote.Studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.
If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or agency, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and access keys. You must notify us immediately at support if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. VibeNote.Studio is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.
Each account is for one agency or individual. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use VibeNote.Studio only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating websites designed to defraud, deceive, or mislead users
- Building phishing pages, impersonation websites, or scam sites
- Generating websites that promote illegal products, services, or activities
- Creating websites that contain hate speech, harassment, or violent content
- Using the platform to infringe third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the VibeNote.Studio platform
- Using automated systems to abuse the AI generation or API endpoints
- Reselling or sublicensing the platform itself without written permission
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content published on websites you create using VibeNote.Studio. This includes text, images, claims, offers, and any other material on those websites.
VibeNote.Studio does not review, moderate, or approve any content on websites created through the platform. We are not liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from content on client websites.
By using VibeNote.Studio, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to publish all content on the websites you create
- The websites you create comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You will promptly remove any content that violates applicable law or these terms
7. Payment and Licenses
VibeNote.Studio operates on a per-site licensing model. Generating and editing websites is free. A paid license is required to export or deploy a website.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.
License fees are charged per site per year. License terms:
- Licenses are activated immediately upon successful payment
- Licenses are non-transferable between projects
- Annual licenses expire after 12 months from activation
- Expired licenses must be renewed to continue deploying or exporting

8. Intellectual Property
VibeNote.Studio retains ownership of the platform, its code, design, and AI systems. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the platform itself.
Websites generated using VibeNote.Studio belong to you and your client. Once generated and downloaded or deployed, you own the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript output.
By using the platform, you grant VibeNote.Studio a limited licence to process your brief data solely for the purpose of generating websites on your behalf.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VibeNote.Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
VibeNote.Studio's total liability for any claim relating to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to VibeNote.Studio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
VibeNote.Studio is not liable for any claims, legal actions, or damages arising from websites created by agencies using the platform. All such liability rests with the agency.
10. Termination
VibeNote.Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or any activity that poses risk to the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and generated site files may be deleted after 30 days.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
