VibeNote.Studio operates on a per-site licensing model. You can generate and fully edit websites for free before purchasing. Because of this, all license purchases are considered informed decisions and are non-refundable once activated.

1. Our Pricing Model — Free Before You Pay

VibeNote.Studio is designed so you never pay blind. Here is what you can do for free before purchasing any license:

  • Create a project and collect a complete client brief
  • Generate a full website using AI from the brief
  • Preview the generated website in the browser
  • Make unlimited AI chat edits to the website
  • Use the manual code editor to review and modify every file
Payment is only required when you are satisfied with the result and want to export the files or deploy the site live. You have full opportunity to review before purchasing.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

The following purchases are non-refundable once activated:

  • Export Plan licenses — Once the ZIP download has been activated and the files have been downloaded
  • Hosted Deploy Plan licenses — Once the deployment to Cloudflare Pages has been initiated and a live URL has been issued
  • Agency packs — Once credits have been added to your account and are visible in your dashboard
We strongly recommend using the free preview and editing tools to fully review your generated website before purchasing a license.

3. Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment — If you were charged twice for the same license due to a payment system error
  • Payment without activation — If your payment was processed successfully but the license was never activated and no download or deployment occurred
  • Billing error — If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a platform error

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a critical technical issue that prevents you from accessing a feature you have paid for — such as a deployment that failed permanently and cannot be retried — please contact us and we will investigate.

In verified cases of platform failure, we will either fix the issue, issue a credit, or provide a refund at our discretion.

We do not issue refunds for issues caused by:

  • Third-party services such as Cloudflare, Razorpay, or your domain registrar
  • Incorrect configuration by the user such as wrong DNS settings
  • Client dissatisfaction with AI-generated content — since the content can be edited freely before purchasing

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or Razorpay. Most issues can be resolved quickly and directly.

Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible exceptions, please contact us through the platform with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date of the payment
  • The Razorpay order or payment ID
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days. Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
